About

I started designing very early, long before I had a name for what I was doing. I moved through several fields along the way: graphic design, video, visual work, animation, and most of what sits around them.

In 2017 I found user experience design, and it pulled everything together: the visual side I already loved, an interest in how people behave, and a quiet habit of watching how they deal with the world around them. I began as a freelancer, passed through a few roles and teams, and today I work as an independent product designer.

I care about the real purpose and value behind a product, and I try to leave some meaning in the things I make. I value responsibility, ownership, clarity, and a high standard, both in how people are treated and in the quality of the work itself.

I prefer working with people who genuinely care about what they're building. I try to find what's useful and beautiful in feedback, even when it's hard to hear.

More than anything, I want to do the work with sincerity, responsibility, and excellence, mindful of Allah in what I make. It is a quiet intention, but it sets the standard I hold myself to.

I am drawn to deep understanding, honest work, and real needs.

Outside work I make room for family and friends, for walking, writing, reading, and quiet reflection. I read literature and biographies, and a novel now and then. I keep recording ideas as they come, and I like to learn the craft and the industry behind any project I take on.

I am glad to help people who are just starting out, anyone trying to build an idea, and anyone I can genuinely be of use to, even when there is no budget. I am also open to charitable work, in design and beyond it.
